Emilie Scacco
Emilie has a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from Wittenberg University. She has been with the company since 2009 and at the KinderCare of Avon since July of 2012. Emilie loves her job because it gives her opportunities to connect with children, parents and her employees.

Charity Dodson
Ms. Charity joined the KinderCare of Avon team in August of 2013. She worked as the fulltime Preschool teacher and brought a lot of fun to her classroom. She proved to be a great educator, so she was chosen as the Learning Adventures teacher to help kids with their Phonics and Math skills. Due to her commitment to our center and her drive to succeed; when the Assistant Director position opened in June of 2015, she was the best choice for the job! She builds great relationships with families and always brings positivity and laughter to our center.

Ms. Michelle
Ms. Michelle started with us in March of 2012 as an Infant teacher. It is very evident when you walk into her classroom that the children love her. She loves helping her Infants discover something new. Ms. Michelle is currently working towards her Child Development Associate's Credential and is a very important part of our school.

Ms. Nichole
Ms. Nichole has previously worked as an intervention specialist and misses the meaningful relationships she had with each child. She decided to get back into teaching and has been a great addition to our infant room. She talks sweetly to the children and they are engaged in every activity she leads with them from reading stories to sensory activities.

Ms. Rachel
Ms. Rachel started as a floating teacher before proving that she was a great fit with infants, and moved into our full time Infant B classroom. Ms. Rachel challenges her infants and celebrates their developmental milestones. She has extensive knowledge in education and is able to confidently discuss children's development with parents. Her goal is to help every child reach his or her potential.
